GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF OUR WALL COATING RANGE

COMPOSITION: marble sand, selected quartz, various additives, bactericide, synthetic iron oxides, fungicide, acrylic, bonded together.

CHARACTERISTIC: water repellent, allows wall perspiration, lasting colours, resistant to UV rays, saline air and alkalinity, no chalking, cracking, flaking or fungal growth.

APPLICATION: can be applied freely on floated cement mortar (successful plaster), off shutter concrete, (surface must be ground down to uniform finish) fiber cement, pre-cast concrete, wood, plywood, chipboard, masonite, polystyrene, fiberglass, steel and many other surfaces. Our spray range can be successfully applied on rough and irregular surfaces. Areas to be treated with our products must always be properly dry, seasoned and accurately prepared.

EDGED SURFACES: prior to the application it is necessary to remove flaking paint, using pressure water, mechanical means or sandblasting. Clean the surface thoroughly, fill holes, and smooth out the surfaces to be treated, to obtain the best results.

DRYING TIME: it requires at least 8 hours drying, 2 hours for "touch time" can vary according external temperature and humidity.

DO NOT APPLY when the walls are sunburned or the minimum temperature is below 2 degrees Celsius, there is imminent rainfall, or during rainfall. In a case of very warm surfaces, the application of one coat of our Isoprimer is recommended, which permits a slightly decreased film forming on the coating.

STORAGE: our products are packed in sealed plastic drums (30kg) or steel drums in which the product is sealed in plastic bags (300kg). Test (SABS test method 150-151) carried out after 6 month showed separation of liquid but easily dispensable by hand-mixing when stored at room temperature varying from 2 to 40 degrees Celsius. The product can last for many years. For storage over a long period, the product must be properly sealed.

USAGE: for a consistent and successful application it is necessary to thoroughly mix the product until it becomes soft and fluid, add max 100 ml of clean water just prior application and mix until fluid. During application rest period cover the product with a film of water to prevent formation of dry particles in the product, once ready to continue remove the water from surface by mixing the product once again.

WASHING: our products are washable with clean water, detergent in case of greasy spots taking care of rinsing the product on completion of the exercise.

USEFUL INFORMATION: our coatings range of products are uniform in nature, the product must be applied from corner to corner in order to avoid unpleasant joints and patches. It is recommended to divide large surfaces into panels prior application with the help of masking tape. Cover and protect windows frames and any other fixtures prior to application, then remove the protective apparatus once the product applied is still wet. Calculate accurately the quantity of material required for the job, and order the product accordingly.
